• Orders are delivered within Kuwait according to the delivery areas and schedules available through the store.

5. Exchange & Return Policy

Stitches allows customers to request an exchange or return within a maximum of 14 days from the date the order is received, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be in its original condition and must not have been used or worn.
• The product must be returned with its original tags, packaging, and accessories, if applicable.
• Products that have been damaged, used, washed, altered, or modified will not be accepted.
• Proof of purchase or the order number must be provided when requesting an exchange or return.
• Certain products may be subject to specific exchange and return restrictions due to their nature. Such restrictions will be clearly stated in the product description when applicable.
• If the product is received damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match the order, customers should contact customer service immediately and, preferably, provide photos showing the issue.

• If the return or exchange is due to an error by Stitches, a damaged product, or an incorrect item being delivered, the store will cover the applicable costs according to the case.

How to Request an Exchange or Return

Customers may contact Stitches Customer Service within the 14-day period and provide their order number and details of the product they wish to exchange or return. After reviewing the request and confirming that all conditions are met, the customer will be informed of the required procedures.

6. Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order before it is prepared or shipped. If the order has already been prepared or shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and the Exchange & Return Policy will apply.
